Request Account & Data Deletion – Medchg
At Medchg LLC, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you would like to delete your Medchg account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Deletion
• Complete the secure deletion form below or send an email to ayoung@medchg.com using the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

What Happens Next
• Once verified, your account and associated information will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request, unless retention is required by law or for regulatory compliance (e.g., healthcare recordkeeping rules).
• You will receive confirmation once the process is complete.
• We will verify your identity to protect your data.
Important Notes
• Deletion requests are irreversible . Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered .
• If you are part of a healthcare organization using Medchg, contact your organization's administrator first, as they may have retention policies.
